Strawberry Coconut Trifle



This is THE BEST indulgence food ever (besides chocolate or ice cream)!!! Every time I make it, I eat the whole dish (that'd be the large glass trifle bowl full) in a day.

Strawberry Coconut Trifle:
1 carton fresh strawberries, sliced
1 small pound cake or angel food cake, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can nonfat sweetened condensed milk
1 can coconut milk
1 8oz container fat-free sour cream
1 large 12oz container lite whipped cream
1 small box coconut cream instant pudding mix
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix the condensed milk, coconut milk, sour cream, whipped cream, pudding & cinnamon together with a whisk in a large bowl.

In a trifle bowl, layer the following three times: cake pieces, creamy milk mixture, strawberries.

Voila! Enjoy!
