Top 5 things NOT to eat right before attempting to go jogging:

1) Hot Dogs
2) Digiorno's Garlic Bread Pepperoni Pizza
3) A Shake (esp. if you're somewhat lactose intolerant)
4) A Bag of Hostess Powdered Donuts
5) Cafe Rio

Consuming these items 30 minutes before running WILL result in unpleasant side effects, and WILL ruin your run.

I may LOOK like I ate all those in one sitting, but for the record, NO - separate occasions, ladies.

I know that I personally could eat them all in one sitting. I don't think that your super-skinny body could handle it. That is why I asked. If you tried, you would probably throw-up. At least you would have an excuse not to run.

I just love Cafe Rio--love it even though half the time after eating it I don't feel well. And that's not even running afterward. Good job on the running.
Oh, and Bev is totally smitten with your mice. I just had to tell her "sorry, I am a mean mom--no mice."
